Cách chăm sóc nấm rơm đạt hiệu quả cao
Nấm rơm là một trong những loại thực phẩm gắn liền với văn hóa lúa nước của Việt Nam nói riêng và văn hóa nói chung, nấm rơm giàu dinh dưỡng, dễ chế biến, dễ ăn và dễ trồng. Tuy nhiên để trồng và chăm sóc nấm rơm đạt hiệu quả cao không phải điều dễ, đòi hỏi đầu tư về kỹ thuật và chuyên môn cũng như quá trình trãi qua thất bại thì mới có thể thành công.
Dưới đây là một trong những phương pháp mà những người mới lần đầu trồng nấm có thể áp dụng để có thể chăm sóc nấm rơm đạt hiệu quả cao.
Cách chăm sóc nấm rơm đạt hiệu quả cao và thu hoạch sau khi kết thúc thời gian trồng:
Đối với nấm trồng nấm ngoài trời
Che đậy mô nấm thật kỹ không để ánh nắng mặt trời trực tiếp chiếu vào mô nấm. Hằng ngày mở tấm nylon 2 – 3 lần cho thoát hơi nóng, nên cho tiếp xúc ánh nắng lúc sáng sớm và chiều mát để tránh ánh nắng mặt trời. Mỗi lần từ 15 – 30 phút, mở xong đậy lại.
Tưới nước cho nấm, dùng bình bơm để tưới, giữ độ ẩm và không để đất khô. Nên tưới nước vào chiều mát.
Trồng nấm trong nhà
Tương tự như chăm sóc nấm ngoài trời, cần giữ cho nấm đủ nước có độ ẩm phù hợp. Mỗi ngày nên mở tấm nylon để thoát khí. Không cho nấm bị ánh mặt trời chiếu vào nhưng cần đủ ánh sáng để cho nấm có thể phát triển tốt. Có thể thay thế bằng ánh sáng đèn neon.
- Thu hoạch
Vào ngày thứ 11 sau khi lên mô, cấy meo là có thể bắt đầu thu hoạch.Nên thu hái nấm ở giai đoạn hình cầu đầu tròn vào lúc sáng sớm vì lúc này nấm có giá trị dinh dưỡng cao nhất. Không tưới nấm trước khi thu hoạch ít nhất 5 – 6 giờ. Khi nấm đã tàn thì ngưng tưới một ngày sau đó tiếp tục tưới nước và chăm sóc để thu hoạch đợt hai.
- Bảo quản
Sau khi thu hoạch một thời gian nếu không được sơ chế và bảo quản nấm sẽ nhanh chóng bị hư hỏng. Phơi nấm hoặc sấy khô là cách bảo quản nấm thông dụng. Nấm rửa sạch, chẻ đôi phơi dưới nắng tốt khoảng 2 – 3 nắng sau đó bỏ vào túi nylon bảo quản nơi khô ráo. Bằng cách này có thể bảo quản nấm được cả năm.
